| The apartment is studio-style, and so consists of one large room, air-conditioned, with a granite/wood fitted kitchen in one corner, and a separate shower-room/wc. It has a balcony with a pleasant view, although not over the pool. It is on the second floor of it's block, so there are some stairs, and no lift. Although the apartment is finished, it is not yet furnished, so there are no internal photographs as yet. It will be ready for rental by the end of October. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, two-ring electric hob, microwave oven, fridge, steam iron and mini ironing board, kettle, toaster, usual other utensils. In the sleeping area there will be a king-sized bed, bedside tables/lamps, large lockable wardrobe with internal safe. In the lounge area will be comfortable chairs, coffee/side table, a flat-screen portable TV with full cable connection. There will be table and chairs on the balcony. |

| The apartment is part of a complex called Mariana Gracindas, and is just off the main road in Calangute, very near to the Main Post Office. Shops, bars, restaurants and local markets are therefore easily reachable in a few minutes. You could walk to Calangute Beach in around half an hour, but taxis or tuk-tuks are much easier! |
